Giving Chances to Those Who Need Them MostYour Support Enables Us to Continue with Our Mission
Her recovery since becoming a part of IGO’s sponsorship and nurturing program has been Miraculous!
A child without a sponsor will likely grow up in severe poverty without school or the education needed to improve their circumstances.
Many children and families are victims of severe poverty. However, when a child loses both parents, the severity of their circumstances become much greater. Often older siblings, grandparents, family members and neighbors are faced with the responsibility of caring for these children when they clearly are not in a position to care for themselves.
Unfortunately, there are not enough agencies to help orphans and the capacity of extended family to care for them is limited. As a result, many children are forced to a life on the streets where they are vulnerable to sexual exploitation and human trafficking.
You could be the life saving difference for a child in desperate need.
When you sponsor a child, you'll receive your child's photo, profile and a child sponsorship packet.
Sponsorship covers all expenses for the child including food, clothing, and school supplies.

“These children are given the opportunity to thrive regardless of their health status. They understand that there are many people who have joined together to help end their suffering and they are so excited and happy. Truly Heartwarming!”
This is the most devastating news for a child who is in Dire need of help. To learn that their support has come to an end is like receiving a Death Sentence to a desperate child. Below are photos of a little girl who had this devastating experience firsthand when her sponsorship funds came abruptly to an end.
She became very frail, lost all of her hair and was deteriating physically and emotionally.

The Institute for Global Outreach sponsors single and double orphaned children, many of whom have lost parents to the AIDS disease. For these children, a healthy meal, combined with medical support and a loving environment is a life saving difference.
Instead of an orphanage, children that have lost both parents are taken care of by a guardian who most often is a family member and someone that the child feels safe and comfortable with. A social worker is then assigned to the child to ensure that they are receiving proper care and to assist with any concerns that may arise.
To see the remarkable difference in these now sponsored children after one or two years is an incredible experience. Although still living in the same environment and dealing with the same circumstances, these children are now very Different. The hopeless, lifeless and
withdrawn look in their eyes have become bright, vibrant and
full of hope and excitement!
"An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity."
